Hafte Tir bombing play hits Tehran theater hall

A theatrical work titled ‘7 Days After Tir 1360’ has been on stage since Wednesday at Tehran City Theater in Iranian capital city.

The play portrays the sad event of "Hafte Tir Bombing" that occurred on June 28, 1981.

The bombing happened on the seventh day of the Persian calendar month of Tir at the Islamic Republic Party (IRP) headquarters in Tehran.

Directed by Mohammad Larti with a script co-written by Kamran Shahlaee, the play features stage actors such as Amin Sayar-Dashti, Farzin Mohades and Farhad Tafreshi.
